In Their Own Words Settlement Documentary
There is nothing more powerful than a victim or victims narrating their own story. These are 8-12 minute documentary shorts using interview techniques to draw out a clear and wholistic retelling of their life after their trauma. I weave their words together with supporting voices to craft an intimate, vulnerable, and wrenching story to impress and impact. The documentaries are shot in broadcast quality by camera operators and editors who bring professionalism and sensivity to the job.

Preproduction: meeting with your legal team to discuss goals; pre-interviews with the victim(s) and key characters; reviewing of case documents and existing media

Production: shooting typically takes 2-3 days depending on the complexity of the case, number of people interviewed, and locations to travel.

Post-production: a typical edit will take 2 days and include minor edits after your review
Complex Documentaries
Produced for large dollar cases. Might include multiple victims, out of state interviews, corporate whistle blowers, multiple experts, and graphic reconstruction of an incident. I facilitate requests, I make things happen.
Transcribed interviews and media discovered during production will be provided to your legal team.
Progressive Videos
These videos capture a contemporaneous timeline of a victim's suffering from day one to present day. It's a documentation that will later add credibility and context. I build trusting relationships with clients and follow their journey in an authenic way.
These are authentic and uncoached videos with a hands off feel specifically shot for admissability. Most other day in the life videos are of such low quality, it's literally hard to see the pain and suffering going on in front of you. Our videos are well shot and meant to illustrate, impact, and hold up. Documenting daily routines with a time stamp might include:
